Home Farmer has teamed up with Recycle Works, a company dedicated to educating families on the benefits of recycling, with this month’s competition to win a scarecrow kit.
The scarecrow is part of the Wurzel Family of Scarecrows created by Recycle Works and come complete with the body, head and a long support pole for fixing in the garden or field. The arms are articulated and bend, enabling you to change the posture (and the clothes too, if you fancy a scarecrow makeover!). Your scarecrow will sit down or stand tall and each one is hand made and completely unique. You could even dress him as a member of your own team, your family (be warned – it could cause a domestic!), your school, or a favoured character. The possibilities are endless, and every scarecrow will differ because it is lovingly hand made with individual and characterful facial features.
Please note: your scarecrow will arrive partly assembled but because of their ‘kit’ form, you can easily tweak and customise the head and clothing.
